How We Work
Our Plastic Fabrication Process
Step 1: Design Consultation & Material Selection
We review your requirements, whether from technical drawings or initial concepts, and provide expert material recommendations. Our team selects the optimal plastic (acrylic, polycarbonate, PETG, PVC, ABS, etc) based on your application's performance needs, budget, and environmental requirements.
Step 2: CAD Design & Technical Specification
Our experienced CAD team creates detailed technical drawings and specifications for your approval. We ensure all dimensions, tolerances, and manufacturing requirements are clearly defined, working with most file formats and developing complete designs from initial concepts.
Step 3: Precision Manufacturing & Quality Control
Using CNC routing, line bending, and structural bonding techniques, we fabricate your components to exact specifications. Every piece undergoes comprehensive quality inspection and professional finishing including diamond polishing, flame polishing, or protective film application at our temperature-controlled UK facility.
